What if my family member doesn’t speak English?

Our staff speak various Pacific languages and come from the communities we serve. If your family member needs translation services we may be able to organise an interpreter for you depending on where you live. Please ask your local Aere Tai provider for more details or contact us to discuss your needs.

What if we can’t get to our appointment?

Some of our health services are mobile so we may be able to visit you in your home depending on the service and your needs. We also offer some transport support getting to and from our location if/when we can. Please contact our head office or your local provider for specific information about how we can support you to access our service.
