Our Providers

The Aere Tai Pacific Midland Collective is a collaboration of Pacific providers working together to serve the communities of the North Island midland region. We identify and promote the use of Pacific models of care and practice, and support Pacific provider service development across the region.

Based in Hamilton, Tauranga, Napier, Gisborne, New Plymouth, Tokoroa and Rotorua, we offer a combination of community based health, education, social, primary health and Whanau Ora services across our provider collective.
