The Aere Tai Pacific Midland Collective is a collaboration of Pacific providers working together to serve the communities of the North Island midland region. Our providers are based in Hamilton, Tauranga, Napier, Gisborne, New Plymouth, Tokoroa and Rotorua, and offer a range of primary care, community based health, education, social and Whanau Ora services. We identify and promote the use of Pacific models of care and practice, and support Pacific provider service development across the region. More about us
