Stretching from Hamilton and Tauranga in the north, the Hawke’s Bay in the south, Gisborne to the east and New Plymouth to the west with Tokoroa and Rotorua centrally located, Aere Tai Pacific Midland Collective is a collaboration of Pacific providers working together to serve their communities in the midland region of the north island.

As a collective, they represent the interests of Pasifika families to improve health, education, economic and social outcomes in the region.

The collective will cater to the growing needs of the Pacific population in the midland with an increasing demand for culturally appropriate primary health and wrap-around services. Aere Tai is the midland's largest provider of Pacific primary health, social and community wrap-around services.
